Over the past 24 months EZ Admin Software Inc. has developed its own software suite comprised of the following core applications:

• Employer Contribution Posting - including employer contracting, premium billing, cash receipts, over/short tracking, delinquency notifications, interest and other liquidated damages, and all required reports - NOW AVAILABLE!
  
• Eligibility and COBRA - including full generation of all enrollment and disenrollment notification reports and forms including EDI transfer of eligibility to other vendors such as PPO networks, Pharmacy Benefit Managers, and TPA's - NOW AVAILABLE!
  
• Pension - including both defined benefit and defined contribution plans.  Ability to track hours, generate credits, apply breaks in service, and calculation of final benefit will be key features of system.  In combination or packaged as a stand alone product the system will also produce monthly pension checks and ACH direct deposits. - BETA TESTING
  
• Union -  including cash receipts, union membership reporting, and out of work member referrals utilizing union status, job/member class, licensing requirements, other requisite skills, length of time unemployed, race, gender, and other criteria to comply with federal non-discrimination statutes - UNDER DEVELOPMENT
  
• Vacation - including hardship withdrawals, interest, application, and various withholdings such as taxes (federal, state, and local), union dues, IRS liens, Child Support levies,  and other miscellaneous fees from the members check.  - UNDER DEVELOPMENT
  
• Claims Processing - including Medical, Dental, Optical, and Prescription claims with support for all HIPAA EDI, Privacy, and Security regulations - COMING 2012!
  
• Plus Disability, Supplemental Unemployment Benefits, Medicare Premium Reimbursement, Reciprocity, and Stamp Processing
