EZ Admin Software Inc.

EZ Admin software was founded in April 2007  by its president  James B. Kelly. Over his 22 year career he delivered high quality software products to Union Benefit Funds and also to  Third Party Administrators.  His software was recognized as being simple to use and yet extraordinary flexible.  He ultimately decided that the time was right to develop a new package using the latest technology.  The result is EZ Admin Software Inc.

At EZ Admin Software we strive to deliver what we promise because our clients deserve the very best.  We know that at the end of the day it is the members that we work for.  For every dollar we save our clients, that is a dollar in benefits back to the members.  

Who We Are

Our president, James B. Kelly , has developed software for over 100 different benefit funds.  His software manages funds from small 100 member Locals with two funds all the way up to Locals with tens of thousands of members and a multitude of funds.  His reputation for innovation, honesty, hard-work, and professionalism is well-earned.

Our office manager and bookkeeper, Margaret Kelly, has worked in the financial services field for the past 10 years.  Her last position was at a major CPA in NYC where she was responsible for managing the office and overseeing the preparation of all financial reports.  She is well versed in both Quickbooks and the MAS accounting packages.
